Ka Man is a certified Level 2 educator who is passionate about nurturing the growth and development of young children during their early learning years. She excels at creating engaging, age-appropriate activities that help children develop essential foundational skills in a caring and supportive environment. Dedicated to guiding each child on their individual learning journey, Ka Man ensures they are well-prepared for future educational success.

Prachi is a dedicated and certified Level 1 educator. She loves seeing the toddlers grow each and every day! She is passionate about creating program plans following the children's current interests. Prachi strives to set up an environment where the children can developmentally reach their fullest potential. She is happy to be a part of BM Royal Daycare.

Arathi is a dedicated and compassionate Level 1 Educator who strives to create a nurturing environment where young children can flourish. She emphasizes curiosity, creativity, and independence through engaging, hands-on activities. By understanding each child's unique needs, Arathi tailors her approach to enhance their emotional, social, and cognitive development. As the owner, Bill brings not only a passion for childcare but also a unique perspective shaped by his background as an engineer.

Arshdeep Kaur, a dedicated and certified level 3 educator at BM Royal Daycare, where her passion for nurturing young minds comes to life. Her commitment to her role goes beyond mere responsibility; it's a genuine love for fostering the growth and development of the children under her care. With a warm and nurturing demeanor, Arsh creates a supportive and engaging environment, ensuring that each child feels valued and encouraged in their unique journey of learning and discovery.

Jennifer is really passionate about the work and really enjoys her time teaching the children that comes through the play experience. She is a dedicated Early Childhood Educator (level 2) with a wealth of experience working with children of all ages, from infants to those in out-of-school care. Her career has been marked by her passion for child development, and she has also served as an aid worker, enriching her understanding of children's needs. Jennifer has always found joy and fulfillment in working with children, and her goal is to continue her educational journey in order to positively impact the lives of the children she works with.
